OUR Terms AND Conditions 

Please read the following terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By ordering services and products from Kinsmiles, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You also warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian to purchase our services and products. No other terms or changes to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by us.

Your Materials

All materials submitted by you to Kinsmiles, including, without limitation, photographs, images, videos, text, graphics and other materials (henceforth, collectively, "Client Submitted Materials") are subject to the following Terms. 1. You represent and warrant that you either own your Client Submitted Materials or have written permission from the copyright owners to make these materials available to Kinsmiles. 2. You grant to Kinsmiles, solely for providing our services and products to you, the non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, transmit and make derivative works of your Client Submitted Materials. 3. You agree to indemnify and hold Kinsmiles and its representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of actions, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses and costs (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your violation of these Terms. 4. Kinsmiles is not responsible for damage to or loss of Client Submitted Materials.

If Kinsmiles would like to make use of your Client Submitted Materials for promotional purposes, we will request the right to do so from you. You reserve the right to decline our use of your Client Submitted Materials.

Payment

Payment is expected when services and products are delivered, unless

agreed to in writing by us. All products remain the property of Kinsmiles until payment is received in full. The cost of services and products is determined at the time your order is placed, unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling costs may be added to the cost of services and products. Please note that local charges such as sales tax may be added to the cost of services and products depending on your location. Kinsmiles will provide an estimate of any such additional costs prior to your incurring them. Payments handled and transacted through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform. 

Your Personal Information

Personal information provided by you or obtained by us will be used solely for the purposes of providing or improving our services and

products, including delivery of services and products, handling payment transactions, and providing offers and information to you. Kinsmiles does not sell or share your personal information.  

Additional Information

Kinsmiles reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Kinsmiles will not handle or process Client Submitted Materials that contain prohibited content such as abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate images, at its sole and absolute discretion. 

Kinsmiles reserves the right to amend these Terms, as well as any other information presented on this website or elsewhere, without prior notice.
